In order to best create a suitable plan for your needs, a 3 day food diary may be required during the discovery call before you can start the initial consultation phase. Your nutritionist will recommend to you what details are needed for the best results. 

 In order to best create a suitable plan for your needs, a free 30 minute discovery call will take place before the initial consultancy. During this call, the nutritionist can get a better idea of your needs and recommend a course of action. 

 In order to best maintain your health, should your nutritionist become aware of any medical difficulties, you will be recommended to seek medical attention before proceeding with our program.

• Should you decide not to continue with the consultancy, the discovery call will be the stage to cancel and receive a refund.
• Kindly note that once you start the initial consultancy stage, no refunds can be requested.
• Kindly further note that you will have only 72 hours from the time your discovery call ends in order to send in a cancellation request; once the hours pass, you would by default be agreeing to continue with the program.
• Kindly note that missing an appointment can be made up at a later date up to 2 times per session type.
• Should a medical condition be discovered during your initial consultation that could not have been discovered before and your nutritionist informs us that it is unsafe for you to continue the program, you shall then be refunded the amount you had paid. 
• Kindly note that Suvon.org is not held liable in any way, shape or form for any and all liabilities and outcomes of the program; we are only a gateway for our affiliated nutritionists. Their credentials and profiles are posted below and should you chose to participate in the program you would be doing so on your own accord.
• Kindly note that meal plans do not include physical deliveries of products nor items.
• Kindly note that the additional services end when your package ends and would need to be repurchased upon the start of a new package.
